Love in the Light
Scripture: Romans 13:8-14
Christians have a continuing obligation to love one another, and that this love is not mainly a feeling but an ongoing duty within the church.
We love fulfills the law by protecting a neighbor’s body, life, property, and well-being. We see Paul’s references to several commandments and Jesus’ summary of the law. It ends with Paul’s call to wake from sleep, cast off darkness, and live in a way that reflects the coming day, with believers urged to serve one another concretely and live as children of light.
