Worthy is the Lamb
Scripture: Revelation 5:1-14
In Revelation 5, John is given a vision of a world in desperate need of someone worthy to bring God’s purposes to completion. No one in heaven or on earth can open the scroll—until Jesus appears. He is the Lion of Judah who conquers as the slain and risen Lamb.
In this sermon, Austin DeArmond shows how Revelation 5 confronts us with our helplessness, directs us to Christ’s finished work, and calls us to worship the only King who is worthy. The Christian life begins and continues by seeing Jesus: the more clearly we behold him by faith, the more we will love, trust, and worship him.
