Free to Bear Fruit
Scripture: Romans 7:1-7
What does it mean to die to the law and live to God? In this sermon from Romans 7:1–6, Pastor Zach Carter explores Paul’s striking analogy of marriage to explain how believers’ relationship to the law has changed through Christ. The law could reveal sin but never remove it—it could diagnose the disease but never heal it. Yet in Jesus’ death and resurrection, we have died to the law’s condemnation and been joined to a new covenant spouse, the risen Christ.
